View Account List

Purpose

View all user accounts in the Cantara Administration Console.

Before you begin

You have access to the Cantara Administration Console.
You have permission to view accounts.

Procedure

Navigate to Account Management.

The Account Management screen opens and displays the user accounts available to your account. Each row represents one user account. The following columns are displayed:

Column	Description
Email	Email address for the account.
Display Name	The account name shown in the console.
Status	Whether the account is enabled or disabled.
Username	Login username for the account.

Use the controls at the top of the list to locate an account:
- Search — Enter a keyword to filter accounts by name or email.
- Sort — Select a column header to sort the list.
- Refresh Accounts — Reload the account data.
