Billing


Overview

The Billing section of the Cantara Administration Console allows administrators to manage the billing profile for their tenant. This includes reviewing and updating billing methods, maintaining payment details, and monitoring billing activity.

A tenant's billing profile is established during initial setup and must remain active for licenses and subscriptions to function. Administrators can modify billing settings at any time without affecting existing licenses.

Cantara supports two billing methods:

  • Account billing — for organisations using purchase orders and annual invoicing.

  • Credit card billing — for organisations paying monthly by card.
