Reset Certificates or Keys

Purpose

Reset or regenerate the certificates or signing keys used by a gateway to maintain secure communication between Cantara and JDE.

Before you begin

  • You have access to the Cantara Administration Console.

  • You have permission to manage gateways.

  • The gateway whose certificates or keys you want to reset exists.

Procedure

To reset certificates or keys for a gateway:

  1. Navigate to Gateways.

  2. Select the appropriate Namespace from the dropdown menu.

  3. Select the gateway whose certificates or keys you want to reset.

  4. Select Reset Certificates or Reset Keys as required.

  5. A confirmation prompt is displayed. Select Confirm to proceed, or Cancel to return without resetting.

  6. Once reset, securely copy and store the new certificate or key values. These may not be displayed again.

Note: After resetting, update any connected systems or integrations with the new certificate or key values to restore connectivity.
