Configure Dashboard

Purpose

Use this page to configure dashboard views that display operational work order information for branches, teams, control rooms, terminals, and shared screens.

Before You Begin

  • Confirm that you have access to Dashboard Management.

  • Identify the branch the dashboard will support.

Procedure

  1. Open Dashboard Management.

  2. Create or select the dashboard configuration to maintain.

  3. Define dashboard details, including name, branch, refresh rate, status, and display options.

  4. Configure pending, active, and completed work order sections.

  5. Set sorting, pagination, refresh behavior, and screen protection options.

  6. Validate connection and security settings.

  7. Enable the dashboard and use the View option to launch the live dashboard.

Outcome

The dashboard displays current operational work order information for the configured branch and sections, including refresh details and visibility settings appropriate for continuous display use.

Tips

  • Use clear dashboard names that identify the branch, audience, or display location.

  • Confirm refresh settings and token validation before publishing a dashboard to a shared display.

  • Enable burn-in protection for wall displays or always-on screens.

  • Review pending, active, and completed section settings to ensure each dashboard shows the intended work order population.
