Setting Up User Preferences

Before using Maintenance Execution Planner, you can set your preferences.



From the drop-down menu in the top left corner of the planner board you can select a specific branch. 

  1. Click the User Profile icon at the top right corner.

          A drop-down menu appears.

2. Select Preferences.

    The Preferences tab for a specific Branch appears.

3. You can edit and amend fields in the Preferences tab according to your requirements.

    The following are some of the preferences that can be amended:

  • Work Order Statuses
  • Work Order Types
  • Category Code display
  • Planning Resource Types

4. (Optional) Click Copy to Default to apply to all Users for that Branch.

     Click Apply.

     Note:  Changes are only applicable to the selected Branch.
