Branch Preferences
Before using Maintenance Execution Planner, you can set your preferences.
Procedure:
Tip
From the drop-down menu in the top left corner of the planner board you can select a specific branch.
- Click the User Profile icon at the top right corner.
A drop-down menu appears.
2. Select Branch Preferences.
The Branch Preferences tab for a specific Branch appears.
3. You can edit and amend fields in the Branch Preferences tab according to your requirements.
The following are some of the preferences that can be amended:
- Work Order Statuses
- Work Order Types
- Category Code display
- Planning Resource Types
4. (Optional) Click Copy to Default to apply to all Users for that Branch.
Click Apply.
Note: Changes are only applicable to the selected Branch.
