Filter Management

Users with the Administrator or Filter Management Configuration permission can add and manage custom filters for all users.

Procedure:

  1. Click the User Profile icon and select Filter Management from the drop-down list.

2. A Filter Management modal is displayed, allowing you to add, edit and delete filters for Work Orders and Available Resources according to your requirements.


Tip

Once filters have been saved, they are available as filtering options for both Unallocated Work Orders and Available Resources.


To apply the custom filters, select the chosen filter from the dropdown and set the fields as required. The list of Unallocated Work Orders and Available Resources displayed is based on the filter and field options selected.
