The FQ35CA02 is used by Cantara to record PO Approvals which have been push notified.
Records should not be added directly to this table as they are created when the 'Automatic Approval Notification' business function is run. Also no records should be removed as this table indicates whether a push notification has already been sent to the required Approver.
