Cantara Business Function to combine a Q35CreateSalesOrderDetailLine and a Q35CreateSalesOrderHeader in one request to cancel a Sales Order Detail line for an existing Sales Order.

This still requires Q35ProcessSalesOrder to complete a Sales Order transaction.
