Enhancements and Improvements in Version 5.0 and Cantara Cloud.
Version 5.0 brings a raft of improvements to the Cantara platform:
- Cloud Platform is now available to greatly simplify the setup process and to allow for rapid deployment of Cantara.
- Totally redesigned user interface.
- From version 4.3 - Cantara User Management enables the ability to maintain Proxy JDE user accounts.
Enhancements and Improvements in Version 4.2.0
The Cantara Integration Platform version 4.2.0 includes the following enhancements:
- Support for the Oracle JD Edwards Application Integration Services (AIS) server
- Support for custom developed extensions to provide connectors to any third party system
- Support for file routing either through REST service calls or Email submission
- The ability to send scheduled job outputs (PDF and CSV) to any number of email recipients
- A number of user interface improvements and productivity improvements for the administration console

AIS Server Support
The Cantara Integration Platform includes an AIS server extension to enable Oracle JD Edwards customers to utilise the latest integration technology available from Oracle.

Cantara Extensions framework
You can now develop custom extensions to be deployed as REST services within Cantara. This features opens up the opportunity to leverage Cantara's capabilities to interface with an unlimited number of different systems.

Cantara Route Services
To support the routing of binary data, Cantara now provides a file routing service. You can define a number of different destinations including printers, file storage or extensions. Files can be submitted to Cantara either through REST service calls or via Email submission.

Scheduled Request Output
Scheduled jobs can now be delivered to one or more email accounts or alternatively saved to a folder on completion. This enables scheduled content to be sent to subscribers or through to third party interfaces.
