Setting Up Cantara Administration Console File System Folders

The Cantara Administration Console requires folder locations to store the application and configuration files. The locations can be local to the application server or a remote folder that is mounted on the server.

Folder Permissions

The user account that the Java application server executes as must have read and write permissions to these locations.

WAR deployment not supported

The Cantara Administration Console application .ZIP archive file must be extracted onto the Java application server for deployment. The application does not support being deployed as a WAR file.

Note: You must create a folder that stores the administration console configuration file. This file should not be stored in the same folder as the application itself.
