Q35AddUpdateFailureAnalysis
Creates or Updates failure, analysis, and resolution records against the given work order number. If a mnF48164FailureKey, mnF48164AnalysisKey, or mnF48164ResolutionKey value is passed in then the transaction for that record will be treated as an update. Else it will be treated as an new record and the key will be returned upon successful creation of the record.
