Q35UpdateWorkOrderStatus

Triggers a work order status update as if completed through the P17714.

The date/time fields will default if null and enabled todo so in the P17714's processing options.

If the EQST_szToEquipmentStatus field is populated the work orders equipment status will also be updated.
